Terms of Service

Please read over the full Terms of service before commissioning us. By commissioning FurZone, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions. Note I do have dogsand reptiles so if you have an allergy please seek out another maker to create your suit. 

 

Due to covid, I do wash all suits before shipping them out with Tide free and gentle so, if you have an allergic reaction to this PLEASE NOTIFY ME!

All users are required to provide a photo ID to prove age! No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to commission us. These are not toys for children/minors.

At the time of acceptance into our queue you will be given a price based upon the concept of your character and features given by you.

All payments will be through paypal or square Invoice

If you wish to change the design or features of your suit this may affect the overall price. We reserve the right to deny any changes to the design.

A 30% non-refundable down payment is required within one week of acceptance. We highly recommend that you are financially able to afford buying a fursuit before enquiring to buy a fursuit before emailing us. We do accept payments but do keep in mind that the order of our projects is based upon payments you make. If payments are not sent, you will be pushed back. If you would like a refund, you will be refunded by how much work is done to your suit.

We are not responsible for keeping track when payments are due! Payments are due every 30 days after down payment is sent. If a payment is missed you will be charged $30 late fee for each mark you miss. When the due date is coming up I will send a reminder.

 

If no work has been done to your suit, you may be refunded everything except the 30% down payment. We reserve the right to finish and sell the suit with an edited design if this happens. After a suit is complete no refund may be presented. We reserve the right to terminate your commission at any time, with or without your permission.

 

Communication may be business casual as i believe it creates a more trustworthy connection between artist and commissioner. The following would be considered worthy for termination if you in any way try to: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten myself or others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, submitting a stolen or look alike character.

Payments

Deadlines

We can not guarantee any deadlines or completion dates. Sadly sometimes things come up and delay work. Please be understanding and patient. Failure to keep up on payments, or not sending a DTD will push your project back.  If a deadline must be put in place a $400 fee will be added to your overall payment to be put at the top of the queue.

Repairs

If you notice any issues upon receiving your suit we are more than happy to fix them. Do not be afraid to message us about anything you are unhappy with. If the issues are caused by user error or rough play we will charge for repairs. These will vary in price depending on severity. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we feel as though that you have intentionally caused said damage to your suit or mistreatment in any way.

We can do refurbishments of any suit but you must have the original makers permission to do so if they require it. These are a touchy subject, so not all will be accepted.

Shipping

Shipping costs are an additional charge when the suit is completed. Cost may vary and one should expect to pay anywhere from $50-$150 within the US. International could be as much as $300+. Please keep in mind that we have the right to choose a shipping method and carrier.

 

Furzone creations is NOT responsible for lost or damaged goods as well as return shipping cost. For local DFW pickups will be charged a fee based on distance traveled that can be anywhere between $10-$100. At con pickups are available only if we are attending!

Cancelations

We have the right to cancel any commission at any time for any reason. A client may also cancel at any time. The balance (minus the down payment) can be refunded. We have the right to finish any canceled suit as a premade.  If the client requests a cancel and the progress on the suit is greater than what has been sent there will be no

refunds.

EX: suit progress is 60% and only 40% payment has been sent a refund will be denied.

Reasons to cancel not limited to: failed to make payments on time, loss of contact after 60 days, slander of company/or affiliates, general breach of contract, etc…
 

Keep in mind you are commissioning us for a handmade item that may be subject to minor flaws due to human error. Your safe word is "Valentina" Thank you for reading through entirely!
